I combine a systems-thinking mindset with hands-on delivery โ€” translating executive strategy into scalable operating models that compound efficiency as businesses grow. I've owned P&L, reduced operating costs, built high-performing teams, and built the data infrastructure that enables board-level decision-making.

10N refers to Latitude 10ยฐ North โ€” the line that runs through the heart of Southeast Asia, crossing Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines. It's the geography this business was built to serve.

It's also a play on a perfect score of 10 using the initial of the principal consultant โ€” Neeraj Dhanothia. Two meanings, one name: regional roots, and a commitment to excellence.
